Refund & Cancellation Policy
At YUDIRECT.COM, we believe in clarity, fairness, and transparency. Our refund and cancellation policies are crafted to ensure trust and satisfaction for all our clients—whether you’re booking professional services through Yellow Umbrella Services or planning a getaway with Yellow Umbrella Holidays.
🟨 1. Yellow Umbrella Services (Business, Digital, and Telemarketing Solutions)
✅ Cancellation by Client:
Before Service Start Date:
7+ days in advance: 100% refund (after deducting payment gateway fees, if applicable).
3–6 days in advance: 50% refund of total service cost.
Less than 72 hours: No refund. Full service charge applicable.
For Subscription-Based or Monthly Services:
Cancellations must be made at least 5 working days before the next billing cycle.
No refunds for mid-month cancellations of retainer projects or performance campaigns.
🚫 Non-Refundable Services:
Setup fees, consultation charges, and one-time onboarding costs.
Any third-party fees (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) once paid on client’s behalf.
Custom design, software, or development work once initiated.
💼 Cancellation by Yellow Umbrella Services:
In rare cases of non-performance or unforeseen service disruption from our end:
A full refund or service credit will be issued.
All refunds will be processed within 14 working days.
🌴 2. Yellow Umbrella Holidays (Travel & Tour Packages)
❌ Cancellation by Traveler:
45 days or more before departure: Full refund (minus ₹2,000 administrative fee).
30–44 days before departure: 50% of the total trip cost will be charged.
15–29 days before departure: 75% of the total trip cost will be charged.
Less than 15 days before departure or No Show: 100% cancellation charge (no refund).
🔒 Important Notes:
Airfare, Visa Fees, and Insurance are non-refundable once booked.
Refunds (if any) will be processed within 21 working days from written cancellation request.
Name changes and date modifications are considered cancellations and subject to new booking rates.
⚠️ Cancellation by Yellow Umbrella Holidays:
If we cancel the tour due to minimum group size not being met or other internal reasons, you will receive:
100% refund or
Trip Credit of equivalent value for future bookings.
In case of force majeure (natural disasters, travel bans, pandemic, etc.), only recoverable costs will be refunded.
🎯 Special Condition for Group Departures:
These are fixed departure tours. No refunds are given for missed activities, late arrivals, or unused services.
🎪 3. Yellow Umbrella Event Management (Corporate Events, Exhibitions, MICE & Social Functions)
✅ Cancellation by Client:
More than 30 days before event date: 80% refund (excluding third-party non-refundable advances).
15–30 days prior: 50% refund.
Less than 15 days: No refund.
🔍 Custom Arrangements:
For events with international artists, equipment rentals, venue bookings, or licensing—no refunds for payments made to third-party vendors.
💼 Postponement:
If the client requests date changes, rescheduling fees may apply subject to availability of vendors and venues.
❗ Cancellation by Yellow Umbrella:
In case of internal issues or inability to execute the event, a 100% refund or rescheduling will be offered.
💬 Special Notes:
All cancellation or reschedule requests must be submitted in writing via registered email.
Partial usage of services does not qualify for partial refunds.
