45+ days: Full refund minus ₹2,000 admin fee
30–44 days: 50% refund
15–29 days: 25% refund
<15 days or No Show: No refund

Refunds processed in 21 working days
Changes are treated as cancellation + rebooking

3. Cancellation by Organizer:

Full refund or credit if trip is cancelled by Yellow Umbrella Holidays
Force majeure cancellations: Only recoverable amounts refunded
