CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Cancellation by Traveler:

45 days or more before departure: Full refund (minus ₹2,000 administrative fee)
30–44 days before departure: 50% of the total trip cost will be charged
15–29 days before departure: 75% of the total trip cost will be charged
Less than 15 days before departure or No Show: 100% cancellation charge (no refund)

2. Important Notes:

Airfare, Visa Fees, and Insurance Costs are non-refundable once booked
Refunds (if any) processed within 21 working days of cancellation request
Name changes or modifications are treated as cancellations

3. Cancellation by Organizer:

Full refund or credit if tour is cancelled by Yellow Umbrella Holidays
No refund for cancellations due to force majeure (natural disasters, restrictions, pandemics)

4. Special Condition:
