PRICING STRUCTURE

Price: ₹75,000/- per person
Eligibility: Bookings fully paid before departure
Basis: Twin Sharing Accommodation
Note: (18% GST Applicable)

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Cancellation by Traveler:

45 days or more before departure: Full refund (minus ₹2,000 administrative fee).
30–44 days before departure: 50% of the total trip cost will be charged.
15–29 days before departure: 75% of the total trip cost will be charged.
Less than 15 days before departure or No Show: 100% cancellation charge (no refund).

2. Important Notes:

Airfare, Visa Fees, and Insurance Costs are non-refundable once booked.
Refunds (if any) will be processed within 21 working days after a written cancellation request.
Name changes or date modifications are treated as cancellations and rebooking; charges apply.

3. Cancellation by Organizer:

In the unlikely event of trip cancellation by Yellow Umbrella Holidays, a full refund or trip credit will be offered.
We are not responsible for cancellations due to force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemic-related issues, etc.). In such cases, only recoverable amounts will be refunded.
