CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Cancellation by Traveler:
45 days or more before departure: Full refund (minus ₹2,000 administrative fee)
30–44 days before departure: 50% of the total trip cost will be charged
15–29 days before departure: 75% of the total trip cost will be charged
Less than 15 days or No Show: 100% cancellation charge (no refund)

2. Important Notes:
Airfare, Visa Fees, and Insurance Costs are non-refundable once booked
Refunds (if any) will be processed within 21 working days after a written cancellation request
Name changes or date modifications are treated as cancellations and rebooking; applicable charges apply

3. Cancellation by Organizer:
If the trip is cancelled by Yellow Umbrella Holidays, a full refund or trip credit will be offered
In the event of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, government bans), refunds will be limited to recoverable amounts

4. Special Condition:
This is a fixed departure group tour. No partial refunds for missed sightseeing, meals, or unused services.
